Aspen, Colorado
22m Investment Property
Consulting Therapy was called in to assess the potential cost for major renovations of a dated vacation home in Aspen, Colorado. The investors brought Kris in via zoom calls to visually walk the property and evaluate the renovations required to bring it up to a $22 million evaluation for resale. In the end, the renovation costs outweighed the potential earned profit so they pulled out and are still on the search for the best property with the most potential.
